- This story was about two people who were best friends since they met in school. They became more. But after a scare separated for over two years. He had his dreams and she knew that. She didn't want to spoil his plans. But now she is back and he wants answers. How will he handle the secrets she kept?
- I absolutely adored this book....... young love and not so smart choices... only to come back and try to right a wrong and still win in the end..... it is every girls fairy tail and Kaprice Potter gave that to me!!!! The characters were real the fears were real and believable and the story stayed on target...... this was a Great Book and I read it in a day so it definitely kept me involved!!!!!
I can't wait to see what this New Author has in store for the next book...... - Young adult love. I loved how this book showed that even though a secret was kept the couple survived and made it through to the other side.
- This was a really sweet read about second chances with your first love. The characters were adorable and I enjoyed reading their journey.
- I did not intend to read the entirety of Braided Strings in one afternoon, but once I stared, I kept finding myself reaching for my to read "just a little bit" more. Cara and Delaney are vivid characters who are trying to not only figure out how to move past past mistakes, but also if they should be together and if so, how to be their own selves while together. If you're looking for a realistic, romantic story that will pull you in, this one is for you. Just make sure that you have time set aside to finish it once you start.
- I absolutely fell in love with this story and the characters. Cara and Delaney were believable and relatable. Both are young, yet there wasn't the typical over-the-top angst you usually find with stories in this genre. The story flowed well and left me wanting more of their story. This was an excellent read and debut novel by Ms. Potter. I can't wait to read her next book!!

- Great book, read it in a night, couldn't put it down! It has great characters that you'll fall in love with. A book with heart, but also some heat!
